Eblast Service

Availability of Eblast service is dependent on our program schedule. This is to minimize number of email communications sent to our CTS patrons. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will refund the money. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for using CTS Eblast service. 

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Requested dates are not guaranteed. The fee will be refinded if the dates are not available.
  2. Please provide atleast 2 days notice
  3. Please email the artwork or content in "Letter/A4 size" as a .jpeg or .png file to "admin@chicagotamilsangam.org". 
  4. Specify any special instructions or eblast text in Special Notes field.
  5. CTS decision is final regarding the content that can be sent via the eblast.
  6. Non-Profit Organizations have to submit a proof by email to "admin@chicagotamilsangam.org".
  7. Preference will be given to CTS members in case of competing eblast requests
